3: Achievable: It must be a goal that can be attained and not one that is impossible. Ensure your goal is realistic and attainable.

4: Realistic: Your goal must be realistic to your life or journey, and must be relevant to the cause it’s meant to serve.

5: Timely: It must have a very clear, unambiguous timeline, deadline and target date for achievement.

These are simple yet very powerful art ways that you can set your goals and achieve them without hassle or without feeling like you’re facing a great mountain.
